Please read these terms carefully before using this platform. All rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are set out in detail here.
General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kuc9 platform and all of its services. When you create an account on kuc9, access the platform, or use any service, you are considered to be in full agreement with these Terms.

Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
It is mandatory to provide accurate and truthful information when opening an account on kuc9. The mobile number and payment details provided at registration will be used as proof of your identity.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify kuc9 support immediately. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
3.3 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
kuc9 currently processes transactions through the following mobile banking services:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
- Nagad — The postal department's financial service, fast and reliable.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
4.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (same limit for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
kuc9 generally processes approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If additional verification is required, it may take somewhat longer.
4.4 Transaction Rules
- Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your name, and withdrawals must be sent to that same number.
- Deposits or withdrawals through any third party are not accepted.
- All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- In the case of suspicious transactions, kuc9 reserves the right to hold processing until verification is complete.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Users who make their first deposit at kuc9 can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000. Two examples are given below:
Example 2: A deposit of ৳18,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses may only be used on kuc9 games; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
- The bonus must be used within the set period stated in its terms.
- The bonus will be forfeited in the case of fraudulent or abusive activity.
- kuc9 reserves the right to change the bonus terms at any time.
Game & Betting Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
kuc9 ensures a fully impartial and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which cannot be influenced by any person or software.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Playing games using bots or automated software.
- Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other players.
- Placing artificial bets with the intention of abusing bonuses.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
6.3 Sports Betting
Specific market terms of kuc9 apply when betting in the sports section. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, the bet amount will be refunded. If any dispute arises over a result, kuc9's decision is final.
6.4 Technical Errors
If a game result becomes uncertain due to a server outage, network issue, or any other technical error, kuc9 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
VIP Program
kuc9's VIP program has five tiers in total. Each tier is earned based on regular gaming activity and provides a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Moving up a VIP tier depends on your gaming experience and activity. Reaching a higher tier gives access to special benefits, faster withdrawals, and dedicated support. kuc9 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.
Responsible Gaming
kuc9 believes that gaming is for entertainment only. We want our users to enjoy games in a healthy and controlled way.

Account Closure & Termination
9.1 At the User's Request
You can request to close your account at any time by contacting kuc9 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
9.2 Closure by kuc9
kuc9 may temporarily or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:
- Providing false or fraudulent information.
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicious financial transactions or suspected money laundering.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Evidence of being a minor.
If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, any bonuses earned and related winnings may be forfeited.
Privacy & Security
kuc9 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology.
- Your personal information will not be sold or transferred to any third party.

Limitations of Liability
kuc9 is not liable for the following:
- A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet outages or device issues.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- User losses due to unauthorized access, where such access resulted from the user's own negligence.
- Temporary service interruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.
kuc9 always strives to maintain a high-quality and reliable service. However, in any situation, kuc9's maximum liability is limited to the principal amount of the transaction in question.
Changes to Terms
kuc9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. If changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and indicate the date of the update at the top of the terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not wish to accept the revised terms, please request that your account be closed.
